Provincial Irrigation Channels Festival The town of Luis Beltrán pays tribute in September to the Irrigation System of the Negro River Valley by means of the Provincial Irrigation Channels Festival. Provincial Puestero and Family Festival The city of Luis Beltrán organizes every March an event that brings together the whole family and community around traditional activities in Argentina. It is the Provincial Puestero and Family Festival, which honors the farm man, popularly known as "gauchos".
